Since its inception in Fall ‘11, the EIA has grown to become the largest club at NYU-Poly, and one of the largest entrepreneurship clubs at NYU. We have had over 800 total attendees at our 4 major events, including our 2 startup competitions that have seen 19 NYU and Poly startups (16 were Poly startups, 3 were from NYU).

A large number of these startups continue to be in our support system, and we will continue to cement ourselves as the destination for students who want to realize their ideas and businesses.

We want to educate students with concepts of entrepreneurship as well as supporting new and existing entrepreneurs. We want to ingrain an entrepreneurial culture at NYU-Poly through our different events, speakers, and competitions

Our motto is I.C.E.:

Integration: among students in different majors from all NYU schools

Commercialization: educate students about concepts of entrepreneurship and provide opportunities to work on commercializing their ideas

Employment: apply entrepreneurial mind-set in any work setting (startups or corporations)
